Bookings policy:

Bookings for classes and private lessons are non-refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy. Classes and private lessons are valid for the length specified above. Classes can be booked up to 1 minute in advance of the class starting by using the online booking service. There is no ‘catch up’ policy for classes, therefore you must ensure that you early cancel yourself from your class (12 hours notice for classes, 24 hour notice for private sessions) by using the online booking system or contacting the studio to ensure you do not forfeit your lesson. If you would like to cancel a Private lesson you must contact the Studio or your teacher 24 hours in advance to ensure you are not charged in full for your lesson.

Cancellation policy:

Jiva Health Ltd operates a strict cancellation policy. We require 12 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel a group class and 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. You will not be charged if you inform us within the specified notice period. Any notice after this time will entail a late cancellation charge being applied, which is the sum of a full lesson. You can cancel yourself from a class using the online booking system and you can cancel yourself from your appointment by contacting the studio.

Payment:

Payment can be made via the online booking system, BACS, cheque, cash or card.

Refund Policy:

All classes and private lessons are non-refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy. Classes and private lessons are valid for the length set out in the website. If you cancel a class or private lesson outside the notice period, you will be charged in full for the class or private lesson. If you cancel a class or private lesson within the notice period , you will be in credit and can then rebook your class or private lesson as long as it is still valid.

Classes and Liability

Whilst Jiva Health Ltd endeavors to provide the designated instructor for all scheduled classes, this cannot be guaranteed in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances. Jiva Health Ltd will aim to provide a suitable, fully qualified replacement teacher to minimise any inconvenience caused.

Jiva Health Ltd is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. Classes may be physically strenuous and clients participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. Jiva Health Ltd is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Using This Site General

You agree to use this site in accordance with these terms and conditions, only for lawful purposes and in a way which does not infringe the rights of anyone or restrict or inhibit anyone’s use and enjoyment of the site. If you don’t comply with these terms, Jiva Health Ltd may deny you access to our site.

If you wish to make a booking, you will be directed to Jiva Health Ltd’s dedicated page on the Bsport booking software. All bookings will be subject to your agreement to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Jiva Health Ltd has the right to revise and amend these terms and condition from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms in force at the time that you book a class, unless any change to those policies or these Terms is required by law or government or regulatory authority in which case it will apply to orders you have previously placed that we have not yet fulfilled.

Technical

You may not use content from Jiva Health Ltd’s’ website for your private and non-commercial use. Jiva Health Ltd does not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading or printing is free from infection, viruses, trojans and/or other contaminating codes.

You will not use the site to send by e-card, email, post or otherwise transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene or profane.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or re-post any content on another site, frame or mirror our site or link to our site without our prior written consent.

Jiva Health Ltd tries to update this site regularly, so access, service or functionality may be suspended from time to time without notice. If required, Jiva Health Ltd may have to close this site indefinitely. Jiva Health Ltd will not be liable if, for any reason, this site is unavailable at any time or for any period of time.

As information or data transmitted to or from our site passes over public telecommunications networks, Jiva Health Ltd can’t promise that the operation of our site will be secure, confidential, uninterrupted or error-free.
