Learn the basics of a yoga practice or progress and refine your practice - to benefit your physical and mental health in immeasurable ways, the breathing techniques to enhance your lung capacity and boost your immune system, and elements of the philosophy of a yoga practice applicable to your daily life. Practice in a non competitive, non-bendy and non judgemental space, open to all. Join Harri or Tish weekly. We go through everything yoga related from mindfulness to manifesting your best life. Teachers closely watch your ability and will take you further.
Mondays slow flow yoga
A slow paced class perfect to unwind after a busy Monday - a chance to get into the body and perhaps break a little sweat as we release tension in the physical body and create space in the mind. A relaxed tension-free body and a calm peaceful mind are two great takeaways from this beginner friendly practice. Sign up to make your Monday more magical!

Tuesdays refine and progress
Practice a variation of slow flow, faster vinyasa yoga and according to the theme and attendees, with a focus on the best physical alignment for you, and mindfulness. Beginners are welcome as we always practice to your level. However this class is best if you are comfortable with basic postures, you are happy to have your poses refined, and you would like to take on some more challenging poses and take yourself deeper both physically and mentally.

Wednesdays Mum and baby Pilates
Reconnect with yourself in your new post-birth body with mum and baby Pilates and sometimes yoga. Gently strengthen your body with particular attention to the pelvic floor muscles, working on back and core strength, relieving tight shoulders. Learn about your post natal body and engage your baby, depending on their current state. Enjoy the company of other mums in the same position.
