An eye opening initial session - focus on your health

The initial consultation can be a very useful and eye-opening session. We rarely take 1h to focus on our health.  In your initial consultation, you’ll gain more clarity, you’ll determine your main goals and main challenges and will find how you could benefit from health coaching.

Anna’s programmes include not only consultations, but also bespoke practical sessions, such as:
– supermarket shopping
– a visit to a local farmers market
– cooking sessions
– introduction to running
– introduction to bodyweight training
