Our therapists run their own diaries and use of the treatment room. To book please email requesting the treatment of your choice. We will send this on to the therapist who will be in touch.

Deeply releasing, hands on treatments for the areas specified, restoring homeostasis or internal balance. To release tension and pain. And maintain physical ease. Massage treatments include: Indian Head Massage, Maya Abdominal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy and post natal massage.


Acupuncture is used to treat and alleviate a whole range of issues, from long Covid and grief, to fertility issues and an overall feeling of being well and in balance.  A detailed case analysis is taken, alongside the full range of analysis from this ancient Chinese method. Acupuncture is a full holistic therapy of benefit to everyone from babies (acupressure) to adults (using acupuncture needles).

Gua Sha & Cupping

Gua Sha is a treatment to provide relief from tension and stress, in particular for the neck and shoulders. Friction is applied with oil and a chinese spoon.    The patient can notice immediate changes in stiffness, pain and mobility in the affected area. Cupping is an extremely effective treatment for colds and flu, and an ancient treatment for treating pain and congestion in a certain area.  A partial vacuum is created in a cupping jar, usually by means of heat, which is then applied directly to the skin.  It provides great relief.

Face yoga & health

Learn to tone your face muscles to gain an uplifted and plumper appearance. Facial muscles attach to other muscles and the skin, this means any contraction of these muscles moves the skin and changes your facial expressions. You can ‘unlearn’ our repeated facial expressions and lift and tone weakened and sagging muscles which may drag the skin down as we get older, so you can plump up your face for a more youthful look!  It’s also a way to relax and find calm, gain greater confidence and release stress, jaw tension and help relive tension headaches. Reflexology is a relaxing holistic treatment which helps the whole body restore its balance naturally, through the feet.  It is based on the principle that every system and area of the body has a corresponding point in the feet via the nervous system. Reflexology can address so many things from problems with your feet such as bunions/plantar fasciitis to digestive complaints, joint pain, headaches and congestion. And very helpful during pregnancy. Open up your feet and you can release tension from the whole body.


Reiki is a Japanese healing method using either hands on gentle touch or hands off energy healing. Started with grounding breathwork to help get you out of your head and into your spacious heart, body and soul. Find deep relaxation with this therapeutic technique. Reiki is often described as like having a big hug, leaving you feeling less frazzled, light and able to navigate life with more ease.

Transformational Breath

Transformational Breath is a self-empowering and deeply healing process to create great transformation in one’s life. This dynamically powerful technique utilizes a high vibrational energy force created by a specific breathing pattern. Transformational Breath allows us to breathe better, to have more energy, to feel more peaceful and loving, and ultimately to attain higher levels of consciousness. It is a technique used to create true shifts in your life, such as coming out of depression or discovering your true path in your life. Highly recommended for all.

Energy Healing

Energy Healing uses prana to balance, harmonise and transform the body’s energy processes.  It is a simple, powerful and effective system of non-touch energy healing.  It is based on the fundamental principle that the body has the innate ability to heal itself.  It increases the life force or vital energy (Prana) to the affected part of the body to accelerate the healing process. It has shown to have immediate positive results contributing to better health, quality-of-life and wellbeing. It is combined with medical treatments to help millions globally. The treatment is carried out with the client sitting or lying down, and Haifa may also use a crystal during the treatment.

Gait Therapy

Change posture and alignment in learning about how you walk, how you may have picked up inefficiencies over time and how your walk affects everything you do. For example if your weight when you walk is on the inside of one foot, that may impact your knee, how you may lean into one hip, compress your back, and this imbalance may travel up to your shoulders, neck and jaw. We analyse how you walk and correct this. In addition to how to release shoulder tension, how you may be sitting that maybe causing pain, how you can run and practice any sport with better performance.

Rossiter Stretching

Rossiter stretching is a deep soft tissue stretching technique led by you. To increase mobility, reduce pain from repetitive movements and reduce the likelihood of injury. You may be lying down or sitting with the body weight of the practitioner applied to you, usually using their feet, according to your needs and preference. From the first session experience better range of motion, and reduce or eliminate pain anywhere in the body. It can be smooth and easy or hard and powerful.

Spiral Stabilization

A movement practice using weighted ropes to provide resistance and strengthen your spiral muscle chain. A weakness here may have caused flat feet, inwardly rotated knees, tight hips, weak glutes and abdominals, shoulder and neck issues. It is a practice for any postural problems, shoulder imbalances, scoliosis, back pain and slipped discs. Relatively new to the UK it is the go to practice for those who visit a doctor for back pain in Germany.

Pre & Post natal fitness

Staying fit and healthy during pregnancy and recovering after birth takes a little extra awareness of pelvic floor and abdominal health. Learn the techniques that will stay with you for life as a woman. Heal a diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues. Feel confident in your body with tone and control.
