Private yoga addresses your needs

You may wish to have more individual attention before attending a group class, or have a series of private sessions to progress your practice.  Yoga was originally taught privately and it is certainly the most effective way.

Private lessons enable you to improve your practice and help you explore the areas you wish to work on, whether easing physical difficulties, poor posture, developing a meditation or home practice, or learning new or challenging poses at your level. A private class can be tailored to address issues such as difficulty in movement, physical pain, insomnia, fertility and women’s health issues, digestive issues and stress. Understand your body or work on your goals.  

We have senior teachers and bio mechanics specialists available to work with you.  Book for a time to you suit you.  You can request or we will suggest a teacher. 

Private group classes for offices or friends

Options include:

  • Exclusive use of our studio at a convenient time or we come to you
  • Our best teachers
  • A practice designed for your needs whether desk based workers looking for relief from prolonged sitting or active workers/athletes


From £70 for 1 hour.  Outside locations from £80 depending on travel time and frequency.  Please contact us with your requirements
