    The best baby classes

Thanks for giving so much to women

Sophie is an experienced yoga teacher and has recently had her own baby. She’ll teach you how to reconnect with yourself in your new post-birth body.
Gently strengthen your body with particular attention to the pelvic floor muscles, working on back and core strength, relieving tight shoulders and reestablishing the rib cage in relation to the pelvis. The class will help you manage diastasis recti in a safe way. As well as integrating baby yoga massage, stretches, songs etc so it’s activity for your baby and you. With her wealth of experience she also encourages helpful conversations on sleep, feeding and any issues coming up for you as a new mum.  As a result there is a community feel to the classes and most people bond with the other mums attending.

Book for the 9 week course from 25 October to 13 December – Mondays 10:15am at Grove Pilates

As well as saving money, a course encourages you to make yoga with your little one a hobby that you may actually continue for years. As you know you have this weekly time to release tension in your body, recondition your body and have some fun time with your baby.
